For allowing me to work through layers of fascia—those gnarled places where tension and emotion meet.
For the shared space we created together, where the body could remember, release, and recalibrate.
Every session held something deeper than technique--
there was trust, muscle memory, and that quiet return to safety…
an oxytocin prescription that only presence and touch can provide.
I have been deeply blessed to walk that path with you,
and to fall in love with the intelligence of the body, the mind, and the soul—over and over again.
My work has shifted.In August of 2024, my body asked me to stop.
Not gradually--completely.
What followed was a year of deep healing and realignment.
A process of learning what happens when we override intuition…
and how the body will always bring us back into truth—sometimes gently, sometimes physically.
In August of 2025, that redirection became undeniable.
My body, my vehicle, and my work as I knew it came to a full stop--literally.
Phoenix RisingFrom that moment, something began to reorganize.
Through layers of healing—across timelines, memory, and lived experience--
I stepped deeper into sovereignty, into understanding my own energetic blueprint,
and into a space where the body is no longer just treated…
but listened to, translated, and integrated.
What once lived as massage has evolved into something more expansive.

Bodywork is still part of my practice, but it is limited and intentionally scheduled due to the energetic depth and location requirements of this work.

My mission in this lifetime, is to empower, inspire, facilitate transformation, and elevate human consciousness through teaching my clients self-awareness of their body, emotions, movements, or lack of movements, to the surface, so that you may work this knowledge to help you on your journey. It is a facilitation of transformation. I have this persistent passion that has burned at the core of my Soul since I can remember, to bring change to the world through integrating awareness of the mind, body, and soul. My toolbox is becoming quite the tool shed of modalities to educate, facilitate, initiate, and support healing to those who are placed in my presence. When I lay hands on you, or work with you, my work is based on knowledge and intuition, as I allow Spirit to work through me for our duration of time together.
