These Reiki-infused sessions combine techniques of effleurage, deep tissue, myofascial release with body movement and stretching to work within your parameters of comfort and pressure.

Crystal Work
Guided Crystal Therapy Session $45
This is a 30-40 minute session after bodywork that focuses on the intention of your session with a small sage smudging session, a guided meditation, chakra cleansing, and then crystals laid on and around your body in a grid. While receiving the work from the crystals, I move around you activating different acupuncture points with different crystal points and wands and Reiki.
Distant Crystal Grid Work $155
This is a longer session of work that I do in order to facilitate others meeting their intentions. I work from different locations that I am called too while creating crystal grids to send continuous crystal Reiki to where it is designed to be.
Cupping $15
Add an additional 15 minutes to your time with a session of cupping, bringing any stagnant energy to the surface.
Warning: Bruising most often occurs where the cups are placed, especially in more adhered areas.
Ear Seeds-10 minutes $25
Your beautiful ears are an entry to the rest of your body. Traditional Chinese Medicine has used ear seeds for thousands of years to help alleviate issues patients may be having in between sessions. Made of vacarria seeds, these little seeds are taped to your ear in corresponding areas, one ancient form of reflexology.
Sage Cleansing $95
A session of smudging with sage and sweetgrass, or other herb that corresponds to your needs, releasing vibes that no longer serve you. A cleansing of the air, both scientifically and metaphysically. Learn how to feel those vibes and areas of restriction and release through salt, sound, smoke, or spray. A kit with cleansing stones, a sage wand, alabaster shell and stand, a feather wand, some Nag Champa, an incense holder and 2 sticks of Palo Santo, and a PDF download with different ways to cleanse that area that you occupy. This session takes about 30-45 minutes.
