Thank you for trusting me with your body, your healing, and your process.
Thank you for allowing me to work through the layers of fascia, those tender, gnarled places where tension, memory, emotion, compensation, and protection often meet.
Every session we shared held something deeper than technique. There was trust. There was nervous system safety. There was muscle memory. There was that quiet return to the body that only presence, skilled touch, and therapeutic connection can create.
I have been deeply blessed to walk that path with you, and to fall in love with the intelligence of the body, mind, and soul over and over again.
My work has shifted.
In August of 2024, my body asked me to stop.
Not gradually. Completely.
What followed was a year of deep healing, recalibration, and realignment. A process of learning what happens when we override intuition, push past the body’s signals, and continue serving from a place that is no longer sustainable.
And then, in August of 2025, while working as a home healthcare nurse, that redirection became undeniable.
My body, my vehicle, and my work as I knew it came to a full stop.

From that moment, something began to reorganize.
Through layers of healing, lived experience, memory, intuition, and integration, I stepped deeper into understanding my own energetic blueprint and the deeper patterns that live beneath pain, fatigue, tension, repetition, and transition.
My work with the body has not disappeared.
It has evolved.
What once lived primarily as therapeutic massage has expanded into a more integrative body of work that includes astrology, pattern recognition, somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, nervous system support, and energetic integration.
How to work with me now
I am currently offering hands-on massage locally through Dr. Linda Steven's office, where clients may book massage sessions through that practice.
